An HTTP-aware proxy for frontend developers: configure latency, errors, truncation and payload mutations per route, in code, reproducibly, in CI. It sits between the frontend and the real API to inject the 503s, slow responses, dropped connections and unexpected nulls that only show up in production, driven by a hot-reloaded YAML file, seeded decisions, step-by-step scenarios and a live dashboard. A single Go binary, installable with npm, Homebrew or go install. 🌪️
Tested on RealWorld Conduit, an open source Vue 3 frontend backed by a Go API: a single null article in a 200 response leaves the whole feed stuck on "Loading articles..." with a TypeError and no error message, and a 503 on the same route causes the same freeze. I reported it to the maintainers. 🐛
